REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS:
All sales are final. There are no refunds or cancellations for Ready to Ship or Made To Order costumes after a 24-hour period.
Customers are responsible for ordering the correct size and color. The Dance Base Store is not responsible for incorrect orders made by the customer, whether that is size or color.
Customers have 24 hours to correct or cancel an order. Otherwise, the costume will be shipped or sent to production with no refunds/cancellations. If you need to cancel/change an order within the 24-hour period, just send an email to dancebasestore@gmail.com.
It is best to make sure your measurements and sizing are accurate, and that you ordered the correct color, etc. All costumes are inspected prior to shipment, but in the rare case a defect is overlooked, an exchange/refund is acceptable only for this reason.
***Made To Order costumes cannot be canceled after a 24 hour period. In many cases, while it may take 8 to 10 weeks for the costume to arrive, the material is cut and sent to production soon after purchase.
SHIPPING:
The Dance Base Store is not responsible for damaged or delays in shipping from the “post office” to the customer's home. Once it is dropped off at the post office, it is out of the seller's hands on how quickly it arrives.
